Cancellation policy

Alterations and cancellations will be accepted by Congress Kursaal Interlaken without charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Please note that reservations from 5 to 9 rooms can be cancelled without a fee until 10 days prior to arrival.

If the 7th/10th day before the event is on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be the last working day. After this deadline any changes and cancellations shall be notified directly to the hotel. The hotel is entitled to charge cancellation costs in the amount of the overnight stays booked.
